Family Coaching

Your family doesn't need fixing.

Sometimes you just need some help understanding what's happening underneath the chaos.

Life with neurodivergent children can be brilliant, funny, creative and joyful. It can also be exhausting.

Big emotions. Difficult mornings. School fallout. Sibling battles. Bedtimes. Homework. Anxiety. Executive function.

Everyone having different needs — often at exactly the same time.

Sometimes you've tried every strategy you can think of and you're still wondering:
What are we supposed to do now?

That's where we can help.

The Family Coaching Journey
Primary-age children & their families.

This is a six-month coaching journey designed to give us time to really get to know your family,

try things, adapt them and build on what works.

Sessions are typically every two weeks, but we keep things flexible

because we know family life doesn't always run to schedule.

🏠 Initial 90-minute foundation visit

We start by getting to know your family.

We'll talk about what's working, what's difficult, what everyone's noticing and what you'd most like to change.

This gives us a starting point for the journey rather than arriving with assumptions about what your family needs.

🧭 11 further coaching sessions

Over the following six months, we'll work together on the things that matter most to your family.

Sessions might involve: Your child

Parents or carersSiblings

The whole family

Or a combination.

We don't expect every family member to sit through every coaching session!

Sessions can take place at home and, where appropriate and agreed with the school, we can also work with your child in school.

Helping the adults around a child understand what's going on can sometimes be just as important as the coaching itself.

🏫 Home and

school support

There isn't a standard Chaos Compass workbook that every family has to follow.

We'll create and recommend tools based on your child and your family — things you can actually use between sessions and beyond the six months.

Questions don't conveniently appear during coaching sessions.

You'll have access to WhatsApp and email support during our working hours, so you can check in when something comes up or let us know how something you've tried has gone.

Support for the Support System

Raising neurodivergent children is a journey of beautiful, loud complexity.

It requires a level of emotional and tactical "scaffolding" that can be all-consuming.

We help you navigate the demands of advocacy and caregiving without letting your own needs disappear.

We help you create routines that reduce friction for your child while protecting your own energy.

We help you find the tools to help you stay grounded so you can be the anchor your family needs.
