We do not believe in fixing people.
We believe in self-knowledge,
experimentation, and practical support.
You are not disorganised or incapable.
You simply need a compass designed for your kind of mind.
WE ARE LOUISE & JEMMA
Two sisters who survived our own brains long before we understood them.
For years we wondered why:
Clicking a pen helped us focus (but got us told off).
Last-minute panic somehow produced results.
Bursts of motivation created magic… and doom piles
From the outside, we looked totally together. Inside?
Absolute chaos.
We didn’t know we were neurodivergent until we became mums — and suddenly everything made sense. The overwhelm. The Creativity. The constant learning, fixing, helping (sometimes when people didn’t ask… sorry).
Somehow, things still got done. Because we stopped following the rules and started making our own.
We’re not graceful swans, we’re experienced ducks, and we’re really good at navigating chaos.

Louise Kay
ADHD Life Coach
I graduated from Oxford in 1999 and went on to build a varied working life, including travelling as assistant to a Turner Prize nominee and later running my own art and mural company. Creativity, independence and intensity have always been central threads in my life, long before I had the language to name them.
It was through parenting two neurodiverse children, alongside understanding my own ADHD, that I began to make sense of past experiences. ADHD has explained much of what has shaped my life — the energy, imagination and drive, as well as the overwhelm, burnout and struggle. This self-understanding became a turning point, helping me reflect with compassion and recognise neurodivergence not as a flaw, but as a different way of being in the world.
As my family’s needs grew, I chose to step back from my career to support them. During my son’s time in junior school, I ran a support group for parents of autistic and ADHD children, creating a space where lived experience and mutual understanding were valued over judgement or deficit-based narratives.
Over the last decade, I have continued to support parents of autistic and ADHD children, as well as individuals applying for PIP and DLA. My advocacy is grounded in lived experience — of neurodivergence within systems that too often misunderstand it, and of the emotional labour required to push for recognition and support.
I bring empathy, practical knowledge and a commitment to affirming neurodivergent lives, especially when people feel unheard.

Jemma Last
ADHD Life Coach
For two decades, I lived and breathed the creative industries as a Director and Producer. Although I didn’t realise it at the time, I built a career for my (undiagnosed) ADHD brain that was fuelled by leading multiple, short-term, high-pressured projects. It was a thrilling, demanding, and incredibly rewarding journey that taught me the unique rhythms and challenges of bringing ambitious projects to life.
Over 20 years of freelancing in the arts I created tools and strategies to help me cope. But I also burnt out, like so many of us do, through pushing beyond my boundaries, without support or guidance,or understanding where my executive functioning skills were lacking.
Over my journey, I saw and worked with hugely talented neurodivergent individuals who often bring unparalleled innovation and energy. I also saw the areas where traditional structures, sometimes inadvertently, create hurdles for those with ADHD.
Helping my colleagues, friends and family to understand their brains, as well as understanding my own has inspired me to become an ADHD coach.
My coaching is grounded in understanding, empathy, and practical strategies. I meet every client with kindness, joy and just a little bit of humour. Whether you're a parent seeking clarity, or a creative professional ready to harness your unique strengths, I'm here to guide you and help set you up for success.
