Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Chaos Compass provides ADHD coaching, training, advocacy, and administrative assistance with benefits applications.

  • What we do: Provide strategies for executive dysfunction, offer peer-led advocacy, and assist in organizing/completing paperwork based on information provided by the client.

  • What we do NOT do: We do not provide medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or legal representation. We are not a "claims handler." We cannot guarantee the success of any benefit application (e.g., PIP, Access to Work), as final decisions rest solely with the relevant government body.

2. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All service fees are disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Invoicing: Payment is required before an appointment.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services if accounts are not settled within the agreed timeframe.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that ADHD life happens, but to keep our business sustainable, we stick to the following:

  • Notice Period: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be charged at 50% of the fee.

  • No-Shows: If a client does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the full fee is forfeited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaos Compass shall not be liable for:

  • Financial loss resulting from unsuccessful benefit applications.

  • The accuracy of information provided by the client for paperwork.

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the coaching relationship. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

5. Complaints Process

We strive for excellence, but if something isn’t right, we want to fix it:

  1. Informal Stage: Please email info.chaoscompass@gmail.com to discuss your concerns directly.

  2. Formal Review: If unresolved, please submit a written complaint detailing the issue. We will provide a formal response within 14 days.
